With a background in management studies and over 5 years of experience as a national social service volunteer, she has made significant contributions to various organizations and initiatives. During her college years, Kirti’s leadership skills shone as she led the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of her college for 3 years. Her exceptional efforts resulted in her being recognized as the Best NSS Volunteer, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact on society. Kirti’s involvement wasn’t limited to the NSS alone. She also served as the Secretary of the Leo Club of MMP Shah College, where she organized numerous events in collaboration with her fellow Leo Club members. This role highlighted her ability to collaborate, organize, and manage initiatives for community welfare. Her professional experience at Wellness Forever Medical, where she worked for over 2 and a half years, further underlines her passion for helping others. In this role, she actively engaged with patients, and provided guidance, and motivation, showcasing her empathetic and supportive nature. Kirti’s influence extended to sports-based community development as well. As a young leader coach at the Oscar Foundation, she conducted football sessions for children in slum communities. These sessions not only aimed at skill development but also emphasized personal growth, instilling important values, and fostering a sense of empowerment. One of Kirti’s defining qualities is her unwavering determination. Shreesh Kamble
Shreesh Kamble, in his role as the DAF Jr. CSR Executive, plays a pivotal role in driving positive social and environmental impact. His efforts extend beyond a singular pursuit, as he has diversified his engagements, particularly in the field of social work, which has become a driving force in his life. Commencing his academic journey in the Arts department, Shreesh’s affinity for Marathi subjects and social work became evident. Joining the National Service Scheme (NSS) further opened doors to social involvement and fueled his passion for community service. His outstanding contributions during the first-year residential camp earned him recognition as an exemplary camp volunteer.
Advancing to the Higher Secondary department, Shreesh excelled in competitions and demonstrated effective work under various social welfare projects. Pursuing studies in the Economics department, he actively participated in residential camps and served under NSS for three years, marking a significant milestone with his graduation in Economics. In his continuous pursuit of social work, Shreesh completed postgraduate studies in Social Work over the next two years. His commitment to social causes remained unwavering, seamlessly integrating educational pursuits with practical engagement in societal issues. Even after completing his education, Shreesh continued working alongside communities, understanding and addressing the challenges they faced.
Notably, Shreesh extended his contributions through the ‘Debabrata Auro Foundation’.
