Kirti Pandey’s journey and accomplishments demonstrate her strong dedication to social service and community development. With a background in management studies and over 5 years of experience as a national social service volunteer, she has made significant contributions to various organizations and initiatives. During her college years, Kirti’s leadership skills shone as she led the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of her college for 3 years. Her exceptional efforts resulted in her being recognized as the Best NSS Volunteer, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact on society. Kirti’s involvement wasn’t limited to the NSS alone. She also served as the Secretary of the Leo Club of MMP Shah College, where she organized numerous events in collaboration with her fellow Leo Club members. This role highlighted her ability to collaborate, organize, and manage initiatives for community welfare. Her professional experience at Wellness Forever Medical, where she worked for over 2 and a half years, further underlines her passion for helping others. In this role, she actively engaged with patients, and provided guidance, and motivation, showcasing her empathetic and supportive nature. Kirti’s influence extended to sports-based community development as well. As a young leader coach at the Oscar Foundation, she conducted football sessions for children in slum communities.
