On August 31, 2024, a Child Abuse Awareness Session was conducted at Vesawa Marathi Medium School, Andheri West, from 12:00 to 01:00 PM. The session aimed to enhance awareness about the prevalence and effects of child abuse while equipping participants with the knowledge to identify and respond to such cases.The session commenced with an interactive discussion that covered various forms of child abuse, emphasizing the profound negative impacts on affected children. Participants were informed about the proper procedures for reporting abuse and the available support resources for victims. The session also explored strategies for creating safe environments for children, encouraging the community to take proactive measures in child protection.
A Q&A segment was held, allowing participants to voice their concerns and gain clarity on child protection issues.
