PEDIATRIC HEALTH CHECK AND VITAMIN D SUPPLEMENTATION CAMP- OSHIWARA SLUM, FEBRUARY 10, 2019
A Sunday morning was well spent as we, at Debabrata Auro Foundation organised a “Pediatric Health Check Up with Vitamin D Supplementation Camp” for 58 children from a slum in Oshiwara, Mumbai. This was done with in association with Children’s Hospital, Malad and Sona Sarovar Trust, Andheri.
It was heartening to see the enthusiasm of these children and their interest in being healthy. Infact, the whole show was managed by the older kids themselves who helped us tremendously.
Heartfelt thank you to Dr. Chinmay Shah and Dr. Sagar Karande for dedicating their valuable time for this cause. Thanks to Dr. Aditi Agrawal for connecting us to Dr. Allan from the Children’s Hospital, Malad, without whose help this would not have been possible.
