Introduction:
- DAF NGO, in collaboration with The Esthetic Clinics, organized a Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp at Vakola Police Station on the 21st of December 2023.
- The event aimed to provide comprehensive skin check-ups for 50 police officers, with a focus on early detection, treatment, and prevention of fungal infections.
Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp:
- Dermatologist specialists from “The Esthetic Clinics” conducted thorough fungal infection check-ups for the police officers.
- The dermatologists provided personalized consultations, diagnosed infections, and prescribed necessary medications for effective treatment. Guidance on health enhancement and maintaining better hygiene practices was also offered.
Free Medicines Distribution:
- Following the check-up, free medicines were distributed to the identified 25 police officers who were found to be infected.
- Creams and tablets prescribed by the dermatologists were provided at no expense, ensuring that the patients received the necessary treatment to combat the fungal infection. Special Voucher Details for Police Officers.
