Currently, he works as a Junior CSR Executive at the Debabrata Mitalee Auro Foundation, where he applies his expertise to initiatives on child and women empowerment, environmental sustainability, health awareness, and community development. By combining academic knowledge with field experience, Rushikesh strives to foster sustainable impact, strengthen participation, and promote social justice through structured interventions.
