Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp & Free Medicines Distribution at Kanjurmarg Police Station , 2024

On August 1, 2024, DAF NGO, in collaboration with The Esthetic Clinics, organised a Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp at Kanjurmarg Police Station, specifically for police officers. The camp aimed to provide thorough fungal infection check-ups, along with treatment recommendations, to enhance the health and well-being of those who serve on the front lines of public safety. During the camp, dermatologists conducted detailed examinations and provided essential health guidance, including advice on maintaining proper hygiene to prevent future infections. Free medicines, including creams and tablets, were distributed to those diagnosed, ensuring effective treatment without any financial burden.

Additionally, special vouchers worth ₹2000 were offered for free consultations at The Esthetic Clinics’ Dermatology & Plastic Surgery Department, along with a 50% discount on esthetic procedures. This initiative highlighted a holistic approach to wellness, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the police force.The camp was attended by 45 police officers and was a resounding success, achieving its goal of educating officers on effective hygiene practices while providing much-needed medical support. This effort reflects a strong commitment to community health and the well-being of our police officers.
