Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp at Ghatkopar Police Station, July 18th, 2024

On July 18th, 2024, the Debabrata Auro Foundation (DAF) in collaboration with The Esthetic Clinics organised a Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp at Ghatkopar Police Station. The camp aimed to provide medical assistance to police officers and office staff who may be affected by fungal infections. A total of 30 police officers, along with other office staff, underwent thorough check-ups conducted by dermatologist doctors from The Esthetic Clinics to diagnose any fungal infections. Following the check-ups, the dermatologists provided personalised consultations, offering professional advice and guidance on managing and treating fungal infections.

Free medicines were distributed to infected patients, ensuring effective treatment tailored to their specific needs. The camp facilitated the early detection of fungal infections among police officers and office staff, allowing for prompt treatment and prevention of further complications. By bringing medical services directly to the police station, the camp provided convenient access to healthcare for individuals who might have otherwise faced barriers in seeking medical attention. The initiative successfully addressed the medical needs of the police officers and their office staff through expert consultations and the distribution of free medicines, promoting overall health and well-being among the participants.
