Debabrata Auro Foundation & United Way Mumbai Organized Beach Clean Up Drive At Dadar Mahim Beach 22/02/2024 

Overview:

• Debabrata Auro Foundation, in partnership with United Way Mumbai, orchestrated a commendable Beach Clean-Up Drive at Dadar Mahim Beach. 
• The initiative aimed to combat environmental degradation and promote community engagement in preserving our coastal ecosystems.

Event Highlights:

• With the active participation of 36 NSS Volunteers from Kirti College, the Beach Clean-Up Drive witnessed a vibrant display of community spirit and environmental stewardship. 
• Volunteers had enthusiastically collaborated in clearing debris and litter from the shoreline, contributing to the restoration and preservation of the coastal environment.

Objectives Achieved: 

• Removal of litter and debris from Dadar Mahim Beach, contributing to the enhancement of coastal cleanliness.
• Raised awareness among volunteers and the broader community about the importance of environmental conservation and responsible waste management.
• Fostering a sense of civic responsibility and community engagement in addressing environmental challenges.
