Beach Clean Up Drive, On World Ocean Day-8th June 2023

On the occasion of World Ocean Day DAF NGO in collaboration with United Way Mumbai Organised Beach Clean Up Drive at Dadar Beach near Kirti College.

50 volunteers have participated from different NGOs and the NSS Unit of MD College.The event started with an orientation session where an introduction was given to why beach clean up and its importance.Distribution of necessary materials for Beach Clean Up was given to Volunteers. After the collection of plastic and waste materials from the beach we have done segregation for the further recycling procedures. Together 100-meter area of the Beach was cleaned by the volunteers.
