Introduction
The 10-Day Culinary Training Program, a joint initiative by Debabrata Auro Foundation and Taj SATS, was successfully conducted from 12th to 21st February 2025. This program was designed to empower less privileged women by equipping them with essential culinary skills, industry exposure, and the confidence to pursue careers in the food industry or entrepreneurial ventures.
The training was led by expert chefs from Taj SATS, ensuring high-quality instruction in various culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. By the end of the program, the participants gained hands-on experience and received a certification to enhance their employability.
Objectives
The program was designed with the following key objectives:

| Day 6-10 | Paratha & Sweet Making Techniques | Bulk production of paratha dough, traditional sweet recipes, syrup-based sweets, and filling techniques. |
