Free Fungal Infection Check-Up Camp & Medicines Distribution at Banganga Walkeshwar

  • Debabrata Auro Foundation in collaboration with The Esthetic Clinics has organized a Free Fungal Infection Check Camp and medicines distribution at Balganga Hindi School walkeshwar Dr.Rasesh, from TEC, and a DAF executive did the Checkup for 41 Patients who were infected with Fungal Infection. Dr.Rasesh has done the Check-up of Patients on their skin Diseases done the  Counseling and also prescribed Medicine to the infected patients. During the Check Camp, we found that some Patients had symptoms of Vitiligo and were unaware of it. Dr.Rasesh provided guidance and made them aware of the vitiligo disease.
  • Free Medicines were distributed to the Infected Patients. As well as guide them for further treatment. The Esthetic Clinics sponsored the Medicines for free distribution.
  • Through this Fungal check-up camp, we impacted their life by spreading awareness on maintaining Hygiene and about Fungal Disease, Its causes, symptoms, precautions, and treatment.
  • The impact of the camp extends beyond the individual level. By addressing fungal diseases and promoting hygiene practices, the camp contributes to the overall health and well-being of the community. Preventing the spread of infections can lead to a healthier community, reduced healthcare burden, and improved quality of li fe for everyone involved.

Fungal Infection check-up camp and medicines distribution for BMC Safaikarmchari-25/09/2023 

DAF NGO, in collaboration with TEC, initiated the camp with a brief introduction. The camp focused on providing fungal infection check-ups for BMC Safai Karmchari employees while introducing our project.

Awareness of Fungal Infection:

An informative session on fungal infection was conducted, empowering attendees with the knowledge to prevent such infections.

 Fungal Infection Check-up:

Dr. Rashesh Shah, from TEC and DAF executive, conducted check-ups for 58 patients, counseling them and prescribing necessary medication. Some patients with symptoms of vitiligo were also identified and advised to visit TEC for consultation.

 Medicine Distribution:

Free medicines were distributed to infected patients, along with guidance for further treatment, generously sponsored by The Esthetic Clinics.

 Impact:

The camp raised awareness about hygiene and fungal diseases, impacting the lives of participants. It extended to the community, contributing to overall health and reducing healthcare burdens. Attendees learned about the causes, symptoms, precautions, and treatment of fungal diseases, enabling early identification and prevention.
